The City of East Lansing offers a day care program for infants to five year old children in the Bailey Community Center. Nestled in the historic Bailey neighborhood, the Bailey Child Care Center has a huge fenced yard for children to enjoy. Parents are essential partners in the program and are invited to participate in regular parent meetings and potlucks.
