Note from CareLuLu: Please note this child care program has a Voluntary Registration, it is not State Licensed. States have different licensing regulations, but in general, a State license requires child care providers to meet more stringent requirements (for instance, more frequent unannounced inspections, background checks, more training, etc.) Voluntarily registered programs are typically not required to be licensed, but voluntarily meet certain requirements which may be less stringent than a State licensed facility (for instance, they may not undergo unannounced inspections, or not as frequently, they may have different training requirements, etc.)
Disclaimer: the licensing status was checked when this listing was created. We do our best to keep information up-to-date, but cannot guarantee that it is. You should verify the license/permit/registration status before enrolling in any child care program.

I highly recommend Felicita as a daycare provider. Both of my sons went to “Cita’s house” (as they always called her) since they were babies up until age 3 when they went to preschool. She quickly became like family to us and my sons thrived due to her love and care. We often referred to Felicita as “magical” because she always had a way of encouraging them eat foods they wouldn’t dare to try at home! Felicita always treated my sons like they were family and to this day, they often ask to visit “Cita” and her husband Jose. Felicita has a very clean home and well organized daycare. She is very loving, patient, and provides each child with individualized attention. We are forever grateful for all the love and care Felicita gave to our sons!

Felicita runs a very well organized, clean, and loving facility. The children are well cared for and are excited to arrive each morning and leave with a smile on their face. They are happy while they are there singing songs, reading books, and given the opportunity to engage in creative activities, as well as spend time outdoors. Felicita has helped raise all 4 of our children and we couldn’t have asked for a better environment for them to spend the hours we were at work! I highly recommend her to anyone in need of care for their young children.

Jack was at Felicita's (or Cita's as the kids call her) from the time he was 9 months old until he went to preschool at age 3 1/2. Lucas started at Felicita's when my maternity leave ended and he was just 9 weeks old. He remained in her care until he started preschool at age 3. Felicita and her husband Jose are the most caring and loving individuals. They truly love each child they care for as if the child were their own. I really believe that is why so many families who send all of their children to their in home daycare facility. It is well run, extremely clean, and most importantly the children receive excellent care. Felicita is also a wonderful cook and the children receive home cooked meals each day with the most amazing food that even the pickiest eater loves. As a teacher, it gave me such peace of mind to leave my children in their care each day knowing that they would take amazing care of them and most of all give them the love that all children need. While moving on is a natural part of life, we were so sad when our youngest started preschool. Now 2 years later, my children still ask for "Cita and Jose".
