I do not understand the negative post. Rejeana is the most wonderful caring provider ever. I was there when the above child was dropped off crying. She was cleared of the above complaint. It should be noted as this is important.

On November 11, 2014 my 3 month old baby had his femur broken in two. There was no viable witness that saw my son when he was dropped off at daycare, so there is no hard evidence as to who broke his leg. Rejeana and her lawyer claim he arrived that morning with his leg already broken. This poses some questions: She claims he was crying inconsolably all morning from the time he arrived at 7am until she notified us of a problem at 1pm. That is 6 hrs she waited to call us while our infant was crying inconsolably. That day she had 3 other children all under the age of 3 in her care. None of them were potty trained so she had to change their diapers. She prepared and fed all 3 Breakfast. She prepared and fed all 3 lunch. She got all 3 of them down for a nap. In addition, she was chatting on the phone with her mother, Jackie, multiple times that morning expressing her concern for my son. What did she do with my inconsolable son while she was so busy with the other children and chatting on the phone with Jackie? With so many distractions why didn’t she call us earlier in the day? When I saw him he was pale and had white crust on his lips. His cry was one I never heard before from any child or infant. He was physically crying owww. I knew he needed medical attention and spoke to a medical professional as soon as I was able to get him comfortable. Since she is a 2nd generation daycare provider, she grew up around children and had her own daycare for 7yrs, why did she not recognize he needed medical attention? Why did she wait 6 hrs to contact us so we could get him help? She had told us that he ate twice that morning. According the child abuse specialist, he would not eat, he would do nothing but cry. When he arrived home I offered him my breast, then a bottle when he wouldn’t eat. In both cases he did nothing but cry with the nipple in his mouth. He wouldn’t eat until he was given pain meds at the hospital, and his pain was under control. How did she get him to eat when he was inconsolably crying and refusing to eat while he was in pain? After he left her care she called us twice within 6 hrs, then again the next morning to check on him. If she was so concerned about him that she called us 3 times after he left her home, why didn’t she call us that morning? Why did she allow him to cry inconsolably while she cared for 3 other toddlers, and chatted on the phone with her mom for 6 hours before seeking help for him? She should have immediately called us when he was crying inconsolably. He never cried, he was always smiling, or sitting contently. This was completely out of character. Justice for Mason Fiereck Also Jackie E, I encourage you to speak to the police then if you were present when my son was dropped off. The police were under the impression from what Rejenna told them, that he was dropped off by my husband to her mini van at the bus stop around the corner. She did not state anyone else was present other then her and couple of other children under her care.
