Welcome to Kidist Bahata Family Daycare, in Silver Spring! We are a licensed family child care program with First Aid and CPR certifications. Our experienced, dependable and caring workers provide age appropriate activities for your children with our warm, clean, and safe environment.
We give your children the opportunity to interact with other children, which helps them to gain important experience as they are preparing for their school year. We teach your children the basics like alphabets with variety of toys and learning material.
We have a daily routine that we follow, which includes circle time, story time, outdoor play, nap time, enrichment activities, etc. Snack is also included! We take full responsibilities for your children, and we are also open to work with parents!

Kidist is lovely. She makes my son so happy to be there. I am very pleased to know I have someone I can fully trust. She is very sweet and kind. Always professional.

As us parents know, the fear of leaving your kids is the most stressful anxiety you can ever imagine, but after putting my trust into this provider in the daycare I couldn't have the slighted worries of the safety of my two boys. In such a peaceful environment and a well guarded fence, the Bahata facility is one, none will mess with. The boys love the elegant display from the walls and carpets to the books and toys and love much more to roam upon the vast yard if it's one of those beautiful days. The boys are making healthy friendships and habits as the provider shows the way around love and responsilblity which is exactly what I need my boys to realize even when I'm a couple miles south. And most of all, they are developing a love for learning for all things they can lay their eyes on; they are asking more and more questions each week and they are succeeding in school with extreme progress. In much respect to this providers installments of reading and reflection time. Choosing Bahata has been the best choice I've ever made becuase our children are our future and we must be certain on the ways they are raised. And with no hesitation, this provider is raising the young men and women we need in our world today. So do you, me, and this world a favor and choose the Bahata Daycare.
