Our staff will use positive methods of discipline and guidance that promote self-esteem, making good choices, and self-control. Staff is expected to serve as role models by encouraging positive behavior and discouraging unacceptable behavior. In the event that a child continuously displays inappropriate behavior after several interventions, a teacher-parent conference will occur. If the child's behavior does not improve, the parents may have to exit their child from the program. Our curriculum is designed with the child in mind. Using Creative Curriculum as the frame work for teaching and learning, we are confident your child will receive a comprehensive instructional program. We are keenly aware that children develop at different paces and stages as this is a time when children are exploring new concepts, learning about themselves, gaining independence, and interacting with others and their surroundings. With that in mind, we have divided our curriculum into four areas of development.
