Union Station Gateway Child Development Center, Los Angeles

Metro Gateway Child Development Center is a non-profit organization specializing in early childhood education for children birth through five years of age. All staff members are experienced early childhood educators and participate in a continuous program of in-service education and studies for professional advancement in order to remain alert to the ever-changing needs of today's families and to the findings of current research. We are all CPR and First Aid trained. Metro Gateway Child Care Center's Infant Program is divided into 2 different classrooms. The birth to 12 months room and the 12 to 24 months room. Our Infant Care Program is based on primary caregiving allowing each child to form a secure attachment with their caregiver. The preschool Program includes children ranging from age 2 to 5. Classes are divided by the child's age group. Curriculum in the preschool classrooms include center-based style. Children will have the opportunity to learn in various centers including: Manipulatives, Blocks, Art, Math & Science and the Quiet Center
