We are a family-oriented school, one that prides itself on long-term staff and strong family connections. We take the time to show interest in your child's personal interests and needs, as well as your family’s. Our goal is to make the commitment, beginning at infancy, to nurture your child socially, emotionally, and academically. At our school our goal is to influence children to have a love for learning while setting them up for success in their early childhood years. We look forward to having your family become a part of ours!
Teachers & Staff
The staff at the Osseo/Maple Grove KinderCare are passionate about their commitment to the students and families who come to our center. It is very important to us that each child is given a great experience at our center and gains a love for learning. Our teachers pride themselves on a balance of high quality education, as well as an environment that is nurturing; with opportunities for children to grow in many different ways. Many of our teachers on our staff have invested 30+ years with the KinderCare brand and are dedicated to the Early Childhood Education field. They are excited to share their experience with you and it is the consistency in our classrooms that makes our programming successful and our children bright little learners. We look forward to having your family become a part of ours!
Health & Safety
At Osseo KinderCare Learning Center, your child's safety is one of our top priorities. In addition to our outside perimeter doors being locked to ensure security, all of our playgrounds are fenced with locked gates as well. Furthermore, the interior doors of the building have a coded entry system where only authorized family members will have a code to enter. A door bell is available to visitors who will be greeted by a center staff member.
To further ensure safety, we have a Health and Safety Coordinator on-site. The Health and Safety Coordinator’s role includes: conducting safety drills, ensuring that all staff members have up-to-date First Aid and CPR certified, and conducts Shaken Baby and SIDS prevention training. In addition, she works at maintaining the center’s high cleanliness standards.
has NAEYC accreditation.
National Association for the Education of Young Children is the world's largest organization working on behalf of young children. NAEYC established a national, voluntary accreditation system to set professional standards for early childhood education programs and to help families identify high-quality programs. The NAEYC Accreditation Criteria address all aspects of an early childhood program, including interactions among teachers and children, curriculum, interactions among teachers and families, administration, staff qualifications and professional development, staffing patterns, physical environment, health and safety, nutrition and food service, and program evaluation.
