Multilingual Academy is the WORST school I have ever come across. I have had MULTIPLE problems with them. 1) Coach Rodriguez left a kid unsupervised, and the kid ran to his mother's car and swung the door open, hitting my car, leaving a dent in my vehicle. Both myself and the other mom were just surprised. All he could say was he was so sorry. 2) My daughter was apparently in contact with someone there at Multilingual Academy that had Covid. My daughter attended the after-school program... so this happened on a Friday. Even though they knew about this, they ONLY sent out an email Sunday evening. I don't check my work emails till Monday morning...which my daughter was already in her regular school. Due to this, their whole class had to quarantine at her traditional school as well. When I called to ask why hadn't they reached out on the phone or even text?!?!? Especially since it would cause such problems... all Coach Rodriguez and Nelly Forsyth could say is, "Sorry." 3) My daughter arrived at the after-school program crying, complaining she was feeling extra tired... They take a picture of her crying, post it, and then they DONT call me. My daughter is seven years old... if she's crying, it's probably because she may be ill. They don't take her temperature and get mad at her because she had her hands in her face while crying during the picture. When I call them to let them know how ridiculous I thought their behavior was and I would write a review... they tell me the FEW bad reviews are only because people can't follow the rules. I can follow the rules just fine. The behavior I've seen with multiple of their staff is just POOR.
