I am not a person to write reviews of any business, in fact this is only the second one I have ever written, but our recent experience at Precious Angels and how the owner dealt with our concerns left me no choice but to feel compelled to inform the public for the sake of their own children’s future well beings. We started our three month old infant into the Precious Angels Daycare and were fully expecting to have her in there for years to come. We unfortunately only had her in there for a total of 6 days before we felt so concerned for her well being and health, that we had to pull her out immediately after her 6th day of being in there. Our first concern began when Precious Angels had a longer duration nap placed on a day’s info sheet for one of her days there. Their info sheet said she had napped for almost 3 hours in the crib during the day. We found this very strange as our 3 month old daughter had never taken a day nap in her crib at home of longer than 1.5 hours max and she seemed very exhausted and out of it when we picked her up that day. Our inclination told us something felt off, as maybe she was left in the crib to cry for an extended period of time. The day we pulled her out started with my wife voicing her concern of the longer period in the crib shown on the previous day to the business owner Tammy. She told my wife that morning that she would personally keep on eye on her nap times and crib time. When I went to pick her up that very day by showing up early at 1:15 pm, I was completely shocked and saddened to see that not only had she been placed in the crib again for 2 hours and 40 minutes strait, but that she hadn’t been fed the entire time she was there that day. She was only three months old and hadn’t been fed in almost 5 hours. I attached the sheet documentation to this review so you all can see this for yourselves. I voiced my concerns to the owner Tammy later that day and told her we were immediately pulling her out due to neglect.
