Dawn has a negative action from the county against her for neglecting my daughter. My daughter hit her head in Dawns care and Dawn never reported it to myself or the county as required . My daughter has a bleeding disorder and could have had a brain bleed. My daughter told me when I picked her up and felt the huge goose egg on her temple. Dawn had no idea how it happened because she doesn’t watch the children. I also picked my daughter up on numerous occasions soaked in urine! Her pull up, pants and shirt. Dawn made her sit in her own urine all day long! This woman should NOT be responsible for innocent children. She is neglectful and she lies. She has multiple previous violations from 2012 and was ████ down. I am sick to my stomach that she is allowed to care for children. Do not leave your child with this woman! She is an unfit child care provider!!!!
