Parents Beware We enrolled our two year old son into this facility and from the first day he started I was never at peace with this daycare. The main access door into the facility was secured by a very cheap residential type code lock which holds a maximum of 4 different codes so this means the daycare has no way of suspending access to someone or maintaining a secure access within the facility. Secondly the video surveillance system is a DIY system and this facility has zero exterior cameras which is a HUGE safety concern. I tried to bring these concerns up to the director Rose Mary attention and she was very arrogant to my concerns and ended up hand writing a note to put on the owners desk so he and I could dicscuss in more detail. However three weeks passed and l did not hear from him so I followed up via the website inquiry form and Sandra responded saying they never received a note the night I submitted the online inquiry but then changed her story the next day stating that’s Rose Mary ( the director ) said I was trying to sell them a security system. I found this to be very discouraging because 1. I am not in the security system industry. 2. Even if I was trying to sell them a system as a parent of a child attending their daycare a follow up call would be professional. However after debating with a very unprofessional owner Sandra I now know why I did not receive a follow up. She not only claims to have some “ open door policy “ as stated on their website. She refused to have a meeting with me as I requested several times via email regarding the above safety concerns. Her response was All these years we haven’t had any issues. End of day if you would like to have your children treated like they are in a toddler day jail. Served food that is heated in a microwave with a scoop of Apple sauce. A daycare that is not secure and John Doe off the street could easily walk into because of their lack of investment into a commercial grade access control stystem. A daycare that has a surveillance system that has no exterior cameras not even one at the front door. (Correction there is a camera at the front door that is dangling by the cord but it was from the previous owner and does not work) then that’s what you will get here. In closing- if a daycare has to market “ Christian “ within their name, they don’t have a review link on their social media page, and has a very short waiting list then that’s even more of a red flag. Keep your children safe and find another place for them!
