About

Our mission is for children to have the opportunity to: learn by doing; develop an active curiosity about the world they live in; and become an enthusiastic learner. All of our schools offer well balanced, traditional preschool programs ~ incorporating the academic enrichment today’s child is longing for, with the free play that is equally important for their development. Our curriculum is carefully researched and planned by our curriculum specialists ~ incorporating ideas from a wide variety of early childhood philosophies, manuals, and resources. All aspects of our curriculum are developmentally appropriate for young children, integrating their needs, interests, and abilities ~ while focusing on the whole child. We provide an ideal environment, with developmentally appropriate equipment and activities, that enhance each child's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Helen Hochstetter opened Peter Pan Early Learning Center on 75th Street in 1970. Her original preschool has helped set the standard for the highest quality of preschool programming in the Naperville area. This unique facility has it all ~ from our bright, colorful classrooms geared for learning and fun ~ to our beautiful country backyard!
