Franconia KinderCare is a year-round center in Alexandria, VA. We are open from 6:00am until 6:30pm and care for children as young as 6 weeks through 12 years old. We offer preschool, as well as, both full time and part time child care, including drop in care. We also have summer camp, as well as before and after school care for children up to 12 years old. We were at Kindercare for short term in the toddler room (16months+). If we had been here for long term, I would have been looking for other care as I was not satisfied with the facility. Every time I dropped off or picked up, the kids were sitting around a table eating saltine or oyster crackers. Only two times when I came for drop off or pick up (and I came at varied times), were the children actually playing. As we were there longer, I... more
