Welcome to Cedar Crest Cozy Corner, a licensed home-based child care program tucked away in the quiet, family-friendly Cedar Crest subdivision of Annandale, VA. We know that for working parents, every minute of the commute counts.

Our location offers exceptional convenience for families throughout Northern Virginia: we are just minutes from the intersection of Braddock Road (SR 620) and the Capital Beltway (I-495), as well as Little River Turnpike (SR 236).

With easy access via Ravensworth Road and a location less than five minutes from Braddock Elementary School, your morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up will be seamless.

Program

We are open year-round, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. We provide dedicated full-time and part-time child care for:

• Infants (as young as 3 months)
• Toddlers
• Preschoolers (up to 4 years old)
• Summer Camp: An engaging program to keep children active and learning during the warmer months.

To keep your little ones healthy and energized, tuition includes nutritious, well-balanced meals served daily. We maintain a strictly tree-nut and peanut-free environment to ensure the total safety of children with allergies.

About Me

Hello parents! I am the owner and lead caregiver of Cedar Crest Cozy Corner. I bring over 13 years of professional experience in child care and hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology, which allows me to offer a unique perspective on early childhood development and emotional growth.

I am fully certified in CPR and First Aid, but my true qualification is my passion. Watching a child’s confidence increase and their curiosity spark new discoveries brings me immense joy. I believe that building a strong, trusting partnership with you is the heart of quality care. At my daycare, your child will thrive in a safe, intimate environment where they truly feel at home.

• Practical Life Skills: Helping children gain independence and gross-motor strength.
• Outdoor Exploration: We enjoy daily fresh air at our nearby playground.
• Restful Naps: We have a separate, cozy nap room to provide a quiet, dedicated space for recharging.
• Multicultural Touch: I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Nepali. I am always happy to introduce children to these languages if parents wish to add a multicultural element to their child's day!
