Little River Spanish Children's Den, Annandale

Welcome to Little River Spanish Children's Den, my Spanish Immersion daycare and preschool in Annandale, VA. My family child care program is located in the Little River Square apartment complex, near the intersection of Little River Turnpike (route 236) and Columbia Pike (route 244). I'm very close to the Little River Shopping Center and a few minutes drive from the I-495.

I’m the owner and main caregiver and I have 7 years of child care experience. I’m CPR & First-aid certified, so you can be sure that your child is safe with me at all times. At my daycare, each child receives plenty of individualized attention since I only accept a maximum of 4 children. I’m very passionate about child care and early childhood education, which is why I open my own daycare! There’s never a dull moment working with kids – they are energetic, genuine, honest, and they always put a smile on my face.

Little River Spanish Children's Den is a Spanish immersion early education program with most of the communication in Spanish (though I can communicate with parents in English, if needed). So, it’s a wonderful opportunity for your little one to become bilingual! I’m open throughout the year from 7:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. If needed, I can provide weekend care on Saturdays and Sundays (please email to ask about the rate for extended weekend care). I follow the Play-based learning approach which allows kids to learn through play and if weather permits, I bring the kids to the nearby community playground. I can accommodate full-time, part-time, and drop-in care for infants as young as 3 months old, as well as toddlers and preschoolers up to 7 years old. Peanut-free and tree-nut free lunch and snacks are already included in the tuition. For older kids, I offer before and after school care (my home is close to Annandale Terrace Elementary School and Braddock Elementary School).
