Clarendon Court Children's Place, Arlington

Welcome to Clarendon Court Children's Place, my intimate family child care program in Arlington, VA. My home daycare is licensed, and located in the Clarendon Court Apartment complex, near Mosaic Park (we're at the ground level so access is easy, including with a car seat or stroller). Your commute to work will be very convenient since I have easy access to major roads, such as N Glebe Rd (route 120), Arlington Blvd (US-50), and the I-66 (Curtis Memorial Pkwy). For commuters to Washington DC, this is a great location because we're 5 minutes from the Virginia Square - GMU Metro station.

I’m the owner and main caregiver, and I have 15 years of child care experience. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences and CPR & First-aid certifications. Before opening my own daycare, I worked at another child care facility. Like you, I’m a mom and I certainly relate to your concerns when it comes to finding a safe and loving second home for your child. At my daycare, your child will receive plenty of individualized attention since I only accept a maximum of 3 children.

Clarendon Court Children's Place follows the Play-based learning approach, allowing children to learn through play. In addition to English, I also speak Hindi, Urdu and Bengali and upon request, I can teach your child these foreign languages. I can provide full-time care for children between the age of 6 weeks and 3 years old. To avoid any possible allergies, I run a peanut and tree-nut free environment. If weather permits, I bring the kids to the nearby community playground where we spend our outdoor playtime.
