Welcome to Belmont Ridge Cozy Corner! We are a licensed home-based daycare and preschool program located in the family-friendly Brambleton neighborhood of Ashburn, VA. Our child care program is conveniently located just off Belmont Ridge Rd (SR 659), with easy access to Ryan Rd (SR 772) and Loudoun County Pkwy (SR 607).

We’re also just a few minutes from Dragonfly Park and Legacy Elementary High School, making our location convenient for families living or working in the Brambleton and Ashburn area. Parents looking for a warm, dependable child care setting can feel at home in our welcoming neighborhood environment.

Program:

Our daycare is open year-round, Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm. We offer both full-time and part-time child care for infants as young as 4 weeks old, as well as toddlers and preschoolers.

We also provide before and after-school care for children up to 9 years of age. With a variety of care options and extended hours, our program gives families dependable child care that can accommodate different schedules and stages of childhood.

To help maintain a healthy environment, we conduct daily temperature checks as needed, sanitize toys each evening, and disinfect tables and chairs using a bleach-and-water solution to help reduce the spread of germs. We are committed to creating a safe, caring, and enriching environment where every child is encouraged to learn, explore, and reach their full potential.

About Me:

Hello parents! I am the owner and primary caregiver of Belmont Ridge Cozy Corner, a high-quality child care and early childhood education program in Ashburn. With over 24 years of professional caregiving experience, CPR and First Aid certifications, and a Bachelor's Degree in Education, I have the training and experience to support each child's growth and development during these important early years.

As a mother of three, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your child. I know the hopes, concerns, and expectations that come with choosing the right caregiver because I've been in your shoes. When you entrust your child to my care, you can feel confident knowing they will be treated with the same love, patience, and respect that I give my own children. I also believe in partnering closely with parents so we can support each child together. ❤

Daily Activities:

At Belmont Ridge Cozy Corner, our preschool curriculum is designed to help children build a strong foundation for lifelong learning through engaging, age-appropriate activities. Our young students are introduced to essential early learning concepts such as the alphabet, colors, numbers, shapes, and basic math, while also exploring topics like the solar system.

Each day includes a variety of enriching experiences, including arts and crafts, music, circle time, and lessons that encourage creativity, curiosity, and social development. We also emphasize good manners, kindness, and respectful interactions as an important part of each child's daily experience. Outdoor play is another important part of our routine, and when the weather permits, children enjoy active play at a nearby community playground.

Alongside English, I am also fluent in other languages and, upon parents' request, may introduce children to simple words and phrases in Pashto and Farsi. However, our child care program is not a bilingual or language immersion program.
