Unprofessional, hypocritical, inappropriate, very demanding. Not true to hours of operation. Provider will say she is willing to accommodate your set schedule then tell you she doesn't want to work certain days anymore to better suit her and leave you to find someone to watch your children because she has things to do. Also shows up late due to running non child related errands....knowing you have to be at work at a certain time and gives... more
