We just terminated our care with this provider. She started off being very accommodating and then Covid happened. She just went crazy! After stating there would be a spot for my 4-month-old following my maternity leave, she decided to refused care 2 weeks INTO my maternity leave until my child was one because it was "too hard to follow covid precautions".
