Unsettling lack of cleanliness and security. A house next door to a former meth lab and sex offender registered in same neighborhood. The doors are unlocked and unsupervised at all times. A special needs and mentally handicapped girl is a care provider and unable to fill the demands and responsibilities of the role. She is unable to provided basic needs of child care as in feeding infants, changing diapers and detailed communication. Other... more
