Our Little Footsteps Family Child Care is a year-round home-based daycare in Bowie, MD. Our family child care program is managed by Toi Lawrence who has 18 years of child care experience. We are open from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm and care for children as young as 6 weeks through 5 years old, including children with special needs. We offer preschool, as well as, both full-time and part-time child care . We believe that every child is unique as we cater to different learning styles and embrace the individuality of each child. Ms. Toi cared for both of my children over a 6 year period, starting at 10 weeks old with my son and including the better part of the pandemic. Ms. Lawrence was a caretaker/educator for my daughter from the time she was 10 weeks old until she was four years old. She played an integral role in my daughter's physical, spiritual, and emotional help and is a major reason why my daughter was prepared for and thrived in preschool and will excel in kindergarten next year. I would happily recommend any family consider care and education with Ms. Lawrence. I endorse her fully!

My Husband and I were connected with Ms. Toi in 2019 through a family friend. Upon meeting her and observing how her current children gravitated to her, we had no question she was the perfect fit to care for our first born. Journi has been going to Ms. Toi for a few years now and her time there has been nothing short of amazing. Everyday I look forward to hearing how much Journi speech have developed since going by her telling how her day was. It really shows that this isn’t just a daycare but a learning center. I would give Ms. Toi 100 ⭐. thank Ms. Toi for being someone I can trust with my child!!!!

Ms. Toi is great. I completely trust leaving my child there with her. She is so sweet and attentive. She treats our little girl like her own and I love that.
