Nicole is not simply a businessperson – she is passionate about childcare and has worked in the industry for over 20 years, both as a teacher and director. Her mission is to partner with families to raise children to be happy, healthy, contributing members of the community. When she started Carolina Kids Academy, Nicole wanted to take a slightly different approach than traditional daycare centers. The location also allows the school to be easily integrated with the surrounding community.
