Teka Home Daycare is a small home daycare located in Centreville, VA, right off Stone Road in the Centre Heights neighborhood (near Sully Station II).
I recently decided to open own daycare after volunteering at a child care center where my own daughter attended. My daughter is now 7 years old, and I’ve decided to turn my passion into my career! I hold an Associate’s degree and I am CPR and first-aid certified.
My family child care program can be open as early as 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday (please note that standard tuition covers at most 8 hours of care per day). If you need additional hours, it would be at an additional cost. I also offer weekend daycare on Saturdays (not included in the regular weekly tuition).
I provide full-time and part-time daycare for infants as young as 6 weeks to 2 years old. I can also offer before and after school care for children up to 12 years old (the school bus stops by right next to the house for Deer Park Elementary School).

I will summarize by saying that finding this provider was a blessing to our family. My little one has adored her from the moment they met. We have been with her for about 3 months now and we couldn't be happier. This provider is super flexible with our sometimes chaotic schedule, but the most important thing is the care & love she gives to our Julia. I am so greatful to know this provider., She was the most loving person I know. My son is big now but he still miss and love her so much.I will appreciate her for teaching my son all the good lesson.

This provider is a great caregiver. She is very enthusiastic, loving and always patient with children. She is genuinely interested in providing the safest learning environment for all the children under her care.

This provider is a fantastic caregiver. She loves my daughter as her own and is firm but gentle, and FUN! She follows any instructions I give for my daughter to the T! She is an extension of our family and my 8yo daughter loves her. We do as well!
