Arco Iris Somos Spanish Immersion has been created as a natural extension of Sra. Lupe's Mommy and Me circle times, Spanish Immersion Enrichment Programs, Spanish Immersion Spring and Summer Camps which she co-founded 18 years ago.
AIS interdisciplinary thematic curriculum borrows liberally from Steiner, Montessori, Malaguzzi, Dewey, and Garner with the aim of reaching each child's mode of absorbing and processing the Spanish language and the cultures of the Spanish speaking world. Our teachers and staff have passed state-required background checks. Most of them have a First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification. And finally our teaching staff are native speakers.

Arco Iris Somos was a wonderful preschool for our child. Over the last 3 years, we enjoyed watching our daughter grow not only intellectually, but much more importantly, socially and emotionally under the care of the warm, compassionate and creative teachers. The Spanish immersion experience was great, even for those families who don't speak it at home! The parent community is lovely as well and does several family events throughout the year.... more
