Garfield Care Daycare is a year-round home-based daycare in Chicago, IL. Our family child care program is run by Dorene Garfield who has 13 years of child care experience. We are open from 6:00am until 6:00pm and care for children as young as 6 weeks through 12 years old, including children with special needs. We offer preschool, as well as, both full time and part time child care, including drop-in care. We also have summer camp as well as before and after school care for children up to 12 years old. We provide meals and offer a peanut and tree-nut free environment. At a minimum, our teachers have an Associate's degree. To learn more, please call us or send us an email. The staff are attentive to my son's needs and are very good with communicating overall. The process of them getting him enrolled and started was straight-forward, which was a relief. They provided feedback on his transition when I asked for it and gave it when I didn't ask, and I appreciate both. I highly recommend this daycare.
