Welcome to Clarksburg Village Children's Den, our licensed home daycare and preschool in Clarksburg, MD. Our facility is located off Snowden Farm Pkwy and Foreman Blvd, in the Clarksburg Village neighborhood. We’re near Clarksburg Village Playground, and also have easy access to Frederick Rd (route 355).

I’m a mother of 3 and a licensed child care provider with 7 years of professional experience. I hold an Associate’s Degree and CPR & First-aid certifications. I’m also a M.A.T trained so if needed, I can administer medication to all children in my care. My goal is to provide nurturing care and quality early education in a loving and safe environment. My staff and I treat the children in our care as if they were our own, and we always strive to meet parents’ needs and expectations.

Clarksburg Village Children's Den is open year-round from Mondays to Fridays between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. We offer full-time and part-time care for infants as young as 8 weeks, as well as toddlers and preschoolers up to 5 years old, including children with special needs. All the kids attending our program are served with peanut-free morning and afternoon snacks, which are both included in the tuition. We can also provide before and after school care for older kids, up to 12 years old (our home is close to Clarksburg Elementary School).

We allow our young students to learn through play and incorporate elements of the Montessori approach and Mother Goose Time Curriculum into our program. We engage them in academic activities like solving early math problems, reading, writing, and science. We can also teach our students different foreign languages, in addition to English, such as Persian, Urdu, Hindi, and Farsi. My curriculum also varies depending on the day of the week. Monday is about music, we do craft projects on Tuesday, and Friday is art day. I also have fun, educational activities, such as circle time where I read books to the kids, ABCs, shapes, colors, and other learning activities throughout the day. I offer a warm and welcoming environment. It is well-decorated and furnished, and there's a lot of natural sunlight. I have age-appropriate toys, activity sets for each age group, and different pretend play and sensory stations. Thanks for reading our profile!
