Our experience was horrific. We did not feel our child was safe at all. The neighborhood is crime ridden, and has an unsettling amount of registered sex offenders. Drug exchanges, and dumpster diving, etc. occurs within sight of parking lot. We had no idea until we started pursuing all the red flags, as we did not live in/near Cocoa. We were required to knock on front door where eventually someone would answer by poking a head around the door.... more
