All our locations have undergone a recent renovation (with some undergoing renovation currently), and regular inspections, guaranteeing the safest, most modern environment for our children. The playground equipment is engineered to encourage age-appropriate activities. Our astro-turf and poured-in-place rubber surfaces keep children protected from harsh injury while at play. Many of our locations feature spacious indoor recreation rooms, and all our classrooms are designed to create the best possible learning atmosphere. Every one of our staff members undergoes a thorough criminal background check with the State of Maryland Criminal Justice Information System and the FBI, plus a series of interviews before he or she is hired. Our staff must be highly educated or working on their post-secondary education before they begin working. Once hired, all our faculty members undergo a series of regular evaluations and attend multiple mandatory training courses to support their continuing education in the field.
