Dr. Howard E. Anderson, Sr. organized The Singing Hills Baptist Church Learning Center. The Learning Center was licensed by the State of Texas and the City of Dallas in 1995. The Learning Center is an extended ministry of the Church where every child is SPECIAL. Our goal is to enrich and enhance the growth and development of each child: mentally, physically, spiritually, socially and emotionally. At SHBC Learning Center we strive to provide the best possible child care available as well as carefully structured learning experiences for children of all ages.
