Willowgrove Children's Academy is open year-round, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, offering flexible care options for busy families. We also accept child care subsidy vouchers and offer a military family discount to make high-quality care more accessible. Our Montessori-inspired preschool curriculum combines independence, hands-on learning, and skill-building with a focus on affordability and accessibility. I’m the co-owner and director of Willowgrove Children's Academy, and as an educator and a parent, I understand how important it is to find a safe, nurturing, and trustworthy child care. I have over 26 years of experience and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Our dedicated team is passionate about helping children grow, thrive, and reach their potential. We are certified in CPR, First Aid, and MAT (Medication Administration Training). Ensuring your child’s safety is always our top priority! We take pride in seeing how the lessons and experiences children gain here positively impact their lives at home. Building confidence, fostering independence, and supporting parents in their child’s journey are the cornerstones of our philosophy. Our structured daily routine ensures a balance of fun, learning, and personal development: • Morning: After a warm welcome, children engage in hands-on activities (puzzles, building blocks, etc.) • Learn & Play: The day includes interactive lessons, creative activities, outdoor play in our private playground. • Lunch: Children help clean up after lunch, fostering independence and responsibility. • Afternoon: Afternoon activities are in group, followed by a peaceful nap to recharge. • End-of-Day: Children gather to socialize, engage in fun activities, and prepare for pick-up.
