Anju Thapa Family Child Care is a licensed home daycare and preschool program in the Braxton neighborhood of Fairfax, VA.
Operated by Anju Thapa., the program is open year-round, Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, and offers full-time care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers ages 2 months to 5 years, as well as before and after school care for children up to age 12.
Located near Fairhill Elementary School and Marshall Road Elementary School, the daycare is also accessible from Lee Hwy (US-29), Arlington Blvd (US-50), and I-495.
The preschool curriculum follows a play-based learning. Children also participate in outdoor play on a fenced playground when weather permits. Upon request, children may also be introduced to Nepali and Hindi.
The daycare includes dedicated indoor play and nap areas, and daily cleaning and sanitizing routines are part of the program's health and safety practices.

We love this daycare. Our 14 month old gets very excited to see the caregivers when we drop her off which is so comforting. We get photos throughout the day and updates, and the owner is very responsive. The facility is bright and clean and they really do a lot with the kids including celebrate birthdays and holidays with fun activities. We can tell that they truly care!

We love this caregiver and her team! She has a warm and kind presence, has great communication with us as parents, facilitates friendship among the kids, and our daughter loves her days with her! We love this caregiver! She and her team are simply wonderful and our daughter with Down Syndrome loves going there and usually doesnāt want to leave. At home we notice the many new skills she learns all the time. After her day she is usually hungry, happy and TIRED!! š„°

My daughter has been with this provider for 2 years and my son joined her daycare about 6 mos ago. We love her environment because it involves lots of outdoor time, songs, crafts, & learning. She does a great job training our kids on manners as well!

Our son literally squeals when we pull up to daycare each day! He loves his time there so much. As a parent, it is wonderful to be able to tell that your child's caregiver genuinely loves and cares for them, which is true for us with this caregiver. The facility is clean and well maintained, and she has a great, enclosed outdoor area for the kids to play in.

This provider has been watching at least one of our two boys for about five years now. We are very happy with the care she gives them and with her business in general. When looking for childcare for our first child, we really focused on finding somewhere our daughter would feel safe and genuinely cared for. We were so lucky to find this provider. Both of my girls love her and the feeling is mutual.
It has made it a lot easier going back to work knowing that my youngest daughter is happy. She lights up every time this provider talks to her.
