Welcome to Wescott Ridge Kids Playhouse, our warm in-home daycare located in the Wescott Ridge neighborhood of Fairfax, VA. We understand the importance of finding the perfect child care facility for your precious little one and we are thrilled to offer a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for your child.

I am the proud owner of Wescott Ridge Kids Playhouse, a small and intimate licensed daycare. We care for a maximum of 4 children, in order to be able to offer individualized attention. I have 12 years of experience in child care and as a mother of 8 children (now all grown), I bring a wealth of knowledge, love, and motherly warmth to my role as a caregiver.

We are open from 7am to 6pm and offer various child care programs to fit your schedule, including Full-time, Part-time, and Drop-in care for occasional needs. We cater to infants starting from 6 weeks old, toddlers, preschoolers up to 5 years old. Before and After School Care are also available for school-agers up to 11 years old. Our days are filled with joy and learning. I love singing and dancing with the children, creating a lively and happy atmosphere. Meal times are special too, as I cook delicious, nutritious, homemade meals that kids absolutely love. The menu is peanut-free and tree-nut-free, catering to the dietary needs and safety of every child.

We believe in the power of play-based learning. Our program is designed to stimulate your child's imagination and creativity through a variety of activities, focusing especially on arts and crafts. We have plenty of coloring materials and art supplies, so your child's creative potential can be explored. Additionally, as a speaker of Arabic, I can offer a culturally rich environment (and I can even introduce your child to Arabic if you so choose). This is a great opportunity for children to experience and learn about a different language and culture.

Located off Ridge Top Rd and Government Center Pkwy, near the Fairfax Court shopping mall, our daycare is in a very central location. We're a quick hop to the I-66, Lee Hwy (route 29), and the Fairfax County Parkway (route 286), making it convenient for your daily commute. Plus, we're just a short drive from Fairfax Corner and Fair Oaks Mall. Our in-home daycare is specifically designed for children. A full floor is dedicated to child care. We have a fenced small garden area, and for extra outdoor fun and physical activities, we are just a 5-minute walk away from a community playground.
