About Me:
Welcome to Penderbrook Little Children's Place, my cozy and intimate in-home daycare in Fairfax, VA! I’m the owner and main caregiver and I have 10 years of experience in providing nurturing and quality child care.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and I’m CPR & First-aid certified. I’m also a MAT trained, so I can administer medication to all children in my care. I’m also a mother of 4 children, so I've been in your shoes!
Program:
My family child care program is open year-round from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. I can provide full-time care for newborn babies, as well as toddlers through preschoolers up to 5 years old. Lunch and snacks are served to all attending children (included in the tuition).
My program follows the play-based teacher philosophy, allowing kids to have fun and learn through play. This approach is an effective way to develop children’s socio-emotional and cognitive skills. In addition to English, I can also teach Urdu, Hindi, and/or Punjabi (at your request only; I even have children's books in Urdu).
I strive to offer quality care and early childhood education, not just daycare. I have a very organized program and I always create daily and weekly activity plans for my little students!
Location:
Penderbrook Little Children's Place is located in the Penderbrook neighborhood of Fairfax, VA (near Fair Oaks Mall). I’m centrally located, near all major roads, which will make it much easier for you to commute to work daily. My home is right off Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy (route 50) and the I-66.

She has been absolutely wonderful to our girls and our family. After being a stay at home mom for nearly 3 years it was hard to decide to send our 2 girls to childcare for the first time. We are so incredibly grateful for our son’s time at this daycare. She cared for our son with such a nurturing spirit and she was so accommodating to our son’s special needs. I could confidentially leave him in her care knowing he’d be well cared for and as a first time mom it’s hard to put into words how much that means. She was also clean, organized, responsive and so accommodating. I cannot recommend her enough!

We are completely at peace knowing that she is caring for our daughter. She is so loving to the kids and intentional about their food and schedule. The daycare is clean and is an overall fun place for the kids! Our daughter has developed so much since her arrival and we couldn’t be happier.

This place is great! My son started going here at 3 months old and is now 1.5 years old, he loves her caregiver and has made some great friends here. He usually runs away when we pick him up and doesn’t want to leave! She is great to work with and has always been very flexible with our unpredictable work schedules.

This place has become a second home for our son. He absolutely loves going there. We have been with this provider for 6 months now. This provider cares for every child like they are her own and the facility is very clean. I love to see how happy my son is when I go to pick him up in the evening. We highly recommend her.

Such a warm, welcoming and caring daycare! My son has been attending since he was 3 months old and he loves it! The provider is such a sweet, gentle soul and my son absolutely adores her! Her home is so inviting to babies and young toddlers! He has a second family there for sure! Highly recommend!

Our son started with this provider when he was 6 months old. Now he is 20 months and still loves going to “school,” as we call it! This provider loves the children like they are her own. I love picking up my son and hearing the new words he learned or adventures he had that day. She also keeps the facilities VERY clean.

This provider is a wonderful provider. Her daycare is clean and spacious. This provider is very flexible and accommodating. There are plenty of toys to keep my child occupied. We had our son start with this provider as his first daycare provider when he turned 10 months of and was with her for 1 full year. This provider is amazing and took in my daughter as if she were her own. Her daycare is neat and colorful with many toys and books. It also looked very safe with a lot of safety gates and such. I didn't have any complaints and she was super accommodating with all my requests.

This provider has been taking care of my son since he was 3 months old. He was premature so I was so nervous about the transition to daycare. She was very reassuring & opened her heart to my baby.
