I have previous experience in teaching in public school pre k and EEEP total experience of 20 years of working with children, 45 hour certificate, and all core of knowledge trainings that's include 12 hour every year requirement of MSDE for five years, child psychology and child growth and development course from Montgomery college, also known as 90 hours course. Currently working to get teacher education, I believe children should learn and play in an stress free environment, and relationships and environment are two major factor that affect learning. I have my daycare in lower level, Play room and nappining are are separate, back yard and deck have play equipments.
