The provider is licensed and has a current capacity for 8 children. She is CPR and First Aid certified, and also participates in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). Nutritious meals and snacks are provided daily, and a weekly menu is posted online.

High quality child care and early childhood education is offered at the Metropolitan Grove Children’s Academy. The hand-on and technology based curriculum was designed to help children develop a love for learning and gain age-appropriate skills that ready them for kindergarten. If your child can benefit from a smaller group with daily individualized attention, Metropolitan Grove Children’s Academy’s in-home setting will be perfect.

The curriculum includes Morning Meeting with an introduction to calendar, weather, letters, phonics, numbers, counting and movement; followed by learning centers with language arts, math, science and technology activities. Discovery centers are available in the playroom providing dramatic play opportunities, sensory development, music, puzzles, building blocks, social play, arts & crafts and gross motor activities.
