Sandy Bay was unprofessional and may be running a scam. Several parents had warned me she was unprofessional but I did not realize to this extent. Sandy had been caring for my one year old daughter. I paid Sandy to hold my daughters spot over the holidays till we return. When I went to drop my daughter off Sandy said I was no longer welcomed there and the spot had been filled.
