Carmen Gonzalez Family Child Care is a year-round home-based daycare in Germantown, MD. Our family child care program is run by Carmen Gonzalez who has 2 years of child care experience. We are open from 6:00am until 5:30pm and care for children as young as 6 weeks through 10 years old. We offer preschool, as well as, both full time and part time child care, including drop in care. We also have before and after school care for children up to 10 years old. If needed, transportation can be arranged. We provide snacks and lunch bunch. We couldn't have chosen a more attentive and loving individual to care for our daughter! As a first-time mom, it was difficult for me to wrap my head around someone else caring for my little girl but Carmen immediately put my fears at ease. Our baby has nothing but smiles for her!

Carmen has been a true blessing for our son. We know he is in good hands while in her stay, as she cares for him like family. He is kept clean, he is stimulated throughout the day, and is even taken out for activities with the other kids. Anything specific we have asked of her, she has done and we are pleased. Looking forward to bringing our daughter as well!

I can not ask for a better provider for my 19 month old daughter! I recently moved to the Germantown area and was nervous about finding a new provider from my daughter who has separation anxiety. I found Carmen on . I interviewed with her the same day and my daughter started the following week. I love the care and family atmosphere my daughter receives. Her home is immaculate and I feel safe leaving my daughter with her. Highly recommended!

Very pleased and so happy I found Carmen. It took me awhile to find a provider that I trusted, and was open to drop off as early as 6am. I met with Carmen, arranged a start day, but was called into work the week prior. I sent her a text and she was available to have my daughter start a little early (since all forms were complete).
