The Kingsiew Learning Center has been in operation and fully licensed by Maryland Child Care Administration since 2000. The Kingsview Learning Center integrates children with and without special cares needs to provide a valuable experience for all participants.

The Kingsview Learning Center seeks to enhance the quality of life and promotes the dignity of children. The Kingsview Learning Center offers programs t foster each child's fullest development and integration into the community while promoting maximum independence. It encourages family's t share in the planning and carrying out of a child's program. Additionally, the Kingsview Learning Center is committed to working with community by advocating and educating them on childcare standards.
