Welcome to Manchester Farms Kids Playhouse, my licensed in-home daycare and preschool in Germantown, MD. Contact my daycare through CareLuLu to get your registration fee waived! I’m the owner and main caregiver and I have 10 years of child care and early childhood learning experience. As a mom of 3, I know how difficult it is for you to leave your child in someone else’s care. However, at my daycare, I provide a welcoming, intimate, and safe environment where everyone feels loved. I also treat each child in my care as if they were my own. I’m CPR and First-aid certified, so you can be sure that your little one is safe with me at all times.

Manchester Farms Kids Playhouse is a bilingual Spanish program so in addition to English, I also expose my students to the Spanish language. I teach them colors, shapes, and numbers in Spanish. This is a wonderful opportunity for your little one to become bilingual at a young age. My program follows the play-based learning approach and offers extra-curricular activities, such as writing, singing, and dancing. I also engage the kids in learning games and different activities. We have a circle time every morning where children can bring an item for show and tell. I prepare them for school by emphasizing how to listen, raise hands, take turns, and say "thank you". My daycare has lots of natural lights and is well organized with many age-appropriate toys such as blocks, puzzles, etc. I have a station for crafts and bins for small toys and blocks. There's also a library of books and a dress-up section of costumes for make-believe play.

I’m open throughout the year from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. I can provide full-time, part-time, and drop-in care for infants as young as 3 months, as well as toddlers and preschoolers up to 5 years old. Peanut and tree-nut free lunch and snacks are served to all kids in my care (already included in the tuition).

Manchester Farms Kids Playhouse is located in the Manchester Farms residential community of Germantown, MD. My home is near Ronald McNair Elementary School and very accessible to all commuters since I’m only 2 minutes' drive away from Father Hurley Blvd, Clopper Rd (route 117), Richter Farm Rd, and Germantown Rd (route 118).
