Lidia Lopez-Gonzalez Family Child Care is a year-round home-based daycare in Germantown, MD. Our family child care program is run by Lidia Lopez who has 20 years of child care experience and has a Bachelor's degree. We are open from 7:00am until 5:30pm and care for children as young as 6 weeks through 5 years old, including children with special needs. We offer preschool, as well as, both full time and part time child care. We provide meals and offer a peanut and tree-nut free environment. Words cannot express how amazing and loving this Family Daycare is. The owner and her staff are awesome with the kids. I don’t have to worry about my son going there and I know he will be treated like family. If I could give them a million stars, I would! my son loves the teachers!

Without any hesitation , I recommend this Family Daycare. It is a loving, supportive environment for any child. The atmosphere is bright and beautiful, and her backyard is an oasis designed for play year-round. I love this daycare! Not only do I know my son is being well taken care of, but the provider and her team have created a loving environment where he and the other children are like family to them. They take special care to make sure the children have a stimulating environment where they can learn and develop, while still having lots of fun. My son loves going to daycare every day.

I literally feel like I hit the jackpot with finding this Family Daycare!! The provider is such a caring, kind, and loving teacher and care giver. This provider has been caring for my son since February and he's learning so much. She is so kind, patient and understanding and treats my son as if he were her own. I highly recommend this daycare.

We had the most amazing experience with this provider and her assistants! My boys learned out to share, communicate, care for their peers, and potty train! They weened off the bottles and pacifier.
I can’t say enough good things about this daycare! the staff treats each child like their own. if you’re considering this daycare, pls know your child is in good hands!

My daughter started with these providers when she was 5 months old and stayed until this past fall when she started pre-k. I can’t begin to express how grateful I am to have had these ladies take care of Zoe. They care and love her as their own and I never had to worry if Zoe was in good hands. This Family Home Daycare is phenomenal. My daughter has been coming here for over 2.5 years and we love it! The teachers are very caring, loving, and energetic. They treat my child as they would their own. They are like family. The do a variety of educational and fun activities. My daughter is always learning something new. Her growth and development has flourished. I am so happy we found this daycare! I know you will love it too!
