Mrs. Ray the director is awful and on a power trip. My child had a medical concern she deemed non emergent. So she decided not to call me. I found out about it at pick up. The teacher said he had starting showing symptoms shortly after lunch. The next day I went to speak to the director and she very rudely said she would post signs all over the classroom to call me about every little thing.
