Learning 4 Life (L4L) Family Child Care Program is a Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) licensed family daycare program developed in 2014 by Debra Stevens, Owner. Learning 4 Life is dedicated to providing a perfect balance between learning and fun for preschoolers through grade school. I actively participate in the MD EXCELS – quality rating and improvement program, the ASQ-3 Developmental Screening Early Childhood Program, and the USDA Food Program to secure guidance in providing a continuum of quality services. I am the proud mother of two sons and five grandchildren. I am trained in CPR, First Aid, Food and Breast Milk Handling and other child care related areas. I promote and reinforce good manners and sharing relationships. My program embraces diversity and I encourage play, exercise, exploration, imagination games and dress-up to help each child feel unique and truly special. I offer flexible schedules to meet the varying needs of today’s average busy family. Learning 4 Life, in partnership with parents, provides a safe, educational and nurturing environment that holistically promotes your child’s growth and development.
