Our Adventist Health Glendale Children’s Center is located in a dedicated building at the northeast corner of the Adventist Health Glendale campus.
Child Schedules Include:
Full-time (Monday–Friday), three days weekly*, or two days weekly.
Daily activities are carefully planned to provide fun, challenge, and positive learning. We respect and value each child’s opinions, ideas, and curiosity, celebrating the joy of discovery through play. Children explore with water, paint, and clay while developing early literacy, language, and social skills.
Each program is led by highly qualified teachers who provide responsive, individualized care and developmentally appropriate activities using The Creative Curriculum. Classrooms maintain low child-to-teacher ratios, focus on building secure attachments, and foster early learning through structured yet flexible routines.
Parents receive real-time updates and direct communication with teachers through our app. Lesson plans and developmental goals are tailored to group and individual needs and are always accessible.
The Adventist Health Glendale Children’s Center offers a warm, nurturing, play-based environment that supports each child’s unique development and potential. Rooted in The Creative Curriculum and developmental theory, our program blends structured and unstructured activities to encourage growth through purposeful play. We emphasize creativity, cultural pride, and strong family partnerships to ease the transition from home to school and foster meaningful connections between children, families, and staff.
Teachers observe children’s play and interactions to support their development, adjusting activities, environments, and connecting with families as needed. The program follows high-quality care standards, including those of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
Children are grouped by age, with transitions based on individual readiness to ensure the best possible experience for each child.
