Early Learners Family Child Care is a year-round home-based daycare in Glenelg, MD. Our family child care program is run by Janet Chapman who has 28 years of child care experience. We are open from 7:30am until 5:00pm and care for children as young as 6 weeks through 12 years old, including children with special needs. We offer preschool, as well as, both full time and part time child care, including drop in care. We also have before and after school care for children up to 12 years old. We provide meals. My son was at Early Learners Family Child Care with Janet Chapman since he was a few months old until he went to Kindergarten. He loved Ms. Janet. The environment was nurturing and loving. It was a wonderful home environment that didn't make any of us feel that we were leaving him at an institutionalized location. Janet has provided daycare to both of my sons -- my oldest, from age 6 months until he began kindergarten, and my youngest from 3 months old to present. She is kind and nurturing. My experiences have only been positive. Her home is clean and the children have the opportunity for play and learning in a comfortable environment.
