Your child will be provided daily opportunities to expanded his/ her uniqueness through dramatic play, craft/art, games, music, books, and outdoor activities. Children learn the best through play and experiencing their environment. These activities will lead your child to learn the value of cooperation in work and in play. About: My name is Nina Renee' Whitley-Artis and I'm the Owner/Director of Nina's Child Care Home, located in the community of Rosewood, NC. I am happily married to Cedric Artis with one son, Jabian Artis. While working at the YMCA daycare, at the age of 15, I realized I had a passion for kids. After graduating high school, I attended Wayne Community College where I received my Early Childhood Credentials, Child Development Associate and Early Educator Certificate. I worked for several daycare centers. Merry Go Round daycare center, Kindercare Learning Center for 6 years as Lead Teacher and Wages Head Start for 2 years as an Early Educare Teacher. After working with several centers, I decided to start my own business. In November of 2007 Nina's Child Care was established. I received a 3 star rating in 2008.
