Early Head Start is a FREE program for pregnant women and children ages birth to three years. (You must meet income guidelines in order to enroll) In Lapeer county we offer both home based services and a combination option which includes home visits and FREE child care at our site. Families who participate in our program are provided with child development information, free developmental screenings, assistance in acheiving family goals and an array of other services.
