Mel's Angels Childcare is a year-round home-based daycare in Barboursville WV. Our family child care program is run by Melanie Boster who has 20 years of childcare experience. We are open from 6:00 am until 5:00 pm and care for children as young as 6 weeks through 4 years old, including children with special needs.
