Matthew's Center, Manassas

Matthew's Center is a state funded public school for children with special needs.The Day School currently has classrooms serving children ages 5-21. Each classroom is staffed at a minimum of 2:1 ratio, including a special education teacher. Other available professionals include: Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Speech Language Pathologists, and Occupational Therapists. Each student's curriculum and educational plan are laid out according to their Individualized Education Plan (IEP). There is also Camp Adventure days which are filled with field trips, art experiences, books, cooking and movies related to the themes. All activities will be presented as a positive experience with attention to communication, social, and daily living skills. The program operates weekdays from 8:30am-2:30pm during summer break.
