Shirin Amarkhel Home Daycare is a year-round home-based daycare in Manassas, VA. Our family child care program is run by Shirin Amarkhel who has 5 years of child care experience and has a Bachelor's degree. We are open from 6:00am until 6:00pm and care for children as young as 6 months through 12 years old. We offer preschool, as well as, both full time and part time child care. We also have before and after school care for children up to 12 years old. We provide meals and offer a peanut and tree-nut free environment. We use a play based curriculum. This caregiver has been caring for our girls for one year now. They get so excited to see her in the morning when we drop them off and are happy when we pick them up. I love that they are well cared for in a clean and safe environment with different aged children around to learn from and play with. I also love that it is a smaller childcare facility and that she seems to truly cares for children!

This was a great daycare that was clean and close to home. The caregiver was very kind and patient with my son and provided all the necessities. I would have to say that there could be more educational activities provided to help the older kids prepare for entry to Kindergarten.

We have loved this caregiver! Our daughter has learned so much since starting there about 6 months ago. she immediately took to her and enjoys the other kids and tells us all the fun they have. It has been a good mix of children older, younger, and the same age!

Every morning I drop my 1 y.o. son off at Ms. S' daycare he interacts with her by smiling at her, laughing with her, and/or high giving her, which reassures me that he is cared for and loved while in her care. Also, my son is also a very happy baby and loves people but there are moments where he does cry and she is beyond patient with him and will communicate me immediately if there are any concerns she has. My son loves this provider and her girls. He's always happy and jumps all over the place when we drop him. It's been almost 2 years now and I honeslty couldnt not be more satisfied.

This provider shows a genuine love for my daughter and our family. She treats my daughter as if she was her own. My daughter is so content and I feel at peace knowing she is in good hands. At 20 months, my daughter knows so many songs and words that she has learned from this provider.

My wife and I really appreciate how welcomed and loved that this provider makes our daughter feel. Knowing that she is safe and cared for is whats most important when we are off to work.

This provider is amazing! Our daughter has been in her care for almost a year. She is always excited to be dropped off and this provider is there to greet her always with a huge smile on her face and open arms. She’s naturally caring, sweet and gives them loads of attention. We couldn’t be more comfortable or happier with our choice in childcare!

THEY ARE VERY KIND TO MY DAUGHTER, ALWAYS PLAYING WITH HER AND HELPING WITH THE TRANSITION INFANT TO TODDLER AS SHE EATING NEW FOODS AND TRYING NEW THINGS, ITS A GREAT ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL THE KIDS THERE.
