At Seedlings, we use various encouragement strategies and provide children with choices, setting of limits, positive reinforcement, modeling behavior and to teach respect for challenging behaviors. We conduct daily observations to track a child's progress and share and actively work with parents to help nurture their growth.
The director has an Associates degree in Arts and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Child Development from Mission College Santa Clara, California. She has 24 ECE units, and has also completed coursework for a Behavior Technician.
